Mexican consumers are a bit different in the global context in that they like punchy, and at times, irreverent ad campaigns. Creatives need to capture the consumer’s attention while at the same time conveying that the product is a good value.

This social media ad from Pizza Hut does just that. The ad features Pizza Hut’s Tripĺe Box which is a cardboard set of drawers that have pizza and sides. The price is a fantastic value and the presentation is interesting.

The caption is appealing to the natural rebellious side of Mexican consumers. It reads: If you were good this year, ask Santa for it. If you were bad this year, order online.
